This is Mr. Smith he is an 89 year old male
History of CAD, CHF, CVA, and Parkinson's
He has a triple lumen pic line peg tube
fecal management system
Wound vac and dialysis cath non responsive
With multiple stage 2 and 3 ulcers
And a stage 4 ulcer to his sacrum
He has a trach and is on a vent
And we are currently running a variety of
